How to begin an Online Naturopathic consult
To begin this wonderful health journey with me, through my Online Naturopathic Consults Australia Wide service, a detailed questionnaire can be filled out and completed through my online form that will be emailed to you upon booking.
Alternately, if you prefer a PDF or Word document, they can be downloaded, filled out and then sent back to my email at [email protected] or posted if you prefer.
Please include copies of all your recent medical tests and blood tests.
I can then start working on your individual and personalised case, have a 1 hour virtual chat via Skype or Phone with you (Alternately we can converse via email without needing an appointment), and then I can create a treatment protocol which may include any or all of the following that details:
lifestyle and dietary changes along with some suggestions for meals, a list of recommended herbal supplements, nutritional supplements, vitamins, minerals or homeopathics. You will receive a protocol to achieve a specific amount of goals for the next 2-4 weeks. We work on this together, and I will never give you too much that overwhelms you 🙂
Skype and Online Naturopath
I can give prescriptions for supplements and herbals that you can purchase online through high standard quality Australian natural medicine suppliers, and I can also create tailor made herbals and flower essences from what is in stock in my apothecary.
Your protocol may recommend specific lab testing performed via your GP, or though specialised testing labs throughout Australia.
I also require pictures of your nails, tongue, eyes and any conditions that are observable to your case (such as rashes or other skin conditions). – These photos can be taken on your phone 🙂
You can email me with any questions you may have about the treatment protocol or if you have any problems with it. At future Follow up Consults we see how your health is progressing and adjust treatment protocols as needed (along with Herbals and supplements).
What is an E-Consult?
An E-Consult is where you do not need to book in to see me or talk to me, after I have all your test results, filled out forms and pictures, if I need clarification, I email you then I come up with a treatment plan that is emailed to you along with any prescriptions for herbal medicines or supplements. These can be sourced locally where you are or easily ordered online.
When wanting an E-Consult (Email consult with no appointment through Skype or Phone), Just book as normal in the booking system, a question will ask at booking if you want an E-Consult, click “yes” and I will know to disregard the booking time and date.
Once paid for and all information has been sent to me, please allow 2-3 working days for your treatment plan.

Please book in for an INITIAL consultation if this is your first visit with Stasia.
Find a suitable time and book (payment is required on booking. Bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal available. There is no credit card surcharge.

An email will be sent to you with a link to an online Helath History form to fill out, along with any other further instructions for your Online Naturopathic Consult.

This consult is for New & Existing Clients: for short term illness requiring a symptomatic remedy.
An example of short term illnesses:
- colds & flu,
- allergy, sinus or hay-fever,
- sick kids, earaches or gastro,
- insomnia,
- headaches,
- acute onset muscle or joint pain,
- or other short term illness.
You will have access to Quality medicines* that can be express posted to you, so you can stay in bed and get well.
Please book in for an ACUTE consultation if this is your first visit with Stasia and you are just after symptomatic relief.

An email will be sent to you with details of what forms to fill out for your Online Naturopathic Acute Consult, along with any other further instructions.
Please fill these out, complete and return to me ASAP before appointment (takes 5 minutes)

ONLINE NATUROPATH CONSULT FEES
All consults can be done through Phone / Skype (Appointment) or E-consult (Email -no appointment needed).
Initial Consultation – 60 minutes : $125
Follow up Consultations – 20-30 minutes: $65
Acute Consultations – 10-15 minutes: $40
Prescribed Naturopathic Herbal medicines, supplements, minerals, vitamins, flower essences, lab testing and postage are not included in the consult price.

This consult is for people who live too far from my service area, no time for an in person consult, or would like the convenience of having the consult from home.
This consult includes:
A detailed holistic health assessment that covers your current symptoms and health history
A review of your past / current lab test results that you have
A review of your current medications and supplements / herbs you are taking
A recommendation of further testing as indicated by your symptoms
Initial treatment plan will be discussed online and a basic plan for the next 2 – 4 weeks will be created.
This will include recommendations for treatment, diet and lifestyle suggestions, supplements, goals, herbs, flower essences and anything else that could help your health.
Herbs, flower essences and supplements are an additional cost and will be mailed out to you if agreed on and paid prior to ordering.
After 2 to 4 weeks, in a subsequent consult, we can see how you are progressing with your treatment and improving health, modify the treatment plan and start to include new goals to keep your health improving.
