1. How much will it cost?

For a Naturopathic Consult:

Initial Naturopathic Consultations for Adults & Chlidren are $125 (Skype / online) and take 1 hour Online / Phone call / Skype or In Clinic face to face, and include an online questionnaire that needs to be filled out at least 2 working days before the appointment that will take you about 20-40 minutes to complete.

Subsequent appointments are $65 (Phone / online) and take about half an hour.

Acute appointments are $40, take 15 minutes and take place via Online, phone or email.

Acute appointments are for New & Existing Clients: for short term illness requiring a symptomatic remedy.

An example of short term illnesses:

colds & flu,
allergy, sinus or hay-fever,
sick kids, earaches or gastro,
insomnia,
headaches,
acute onset muscle or joint pain,
or other short term illness.

You will have access to Quality medicines that can be express posted to you, so you can stay in bed and get well.

For Metabolic® Balance

I have 2 Metabolic Balance Packages:

Online / Distance / Phone – $1190 (6 Metabolic Balance Online/Phone consults) + Naturopathic Health History Initial ($125) (Total 7 consults) = $1315
In person at my clinic (you come to me in Ellen Grove 4078 – Clinic ready at end of 2019) $1290 (6 Metabolic Balance consults in person) + Naturopathic Health History Initial ($125) (Total 7 consults) = $1415

Currently clinic is UNAVAILABLE until sometime in 2020

NOTE: A Naturopathic Initial Health History Consult ($125) is needed before starting the program – Please book in for that. If you have had a Naturopathic Initial Health History Appointment within the last 6 months with me, then there is no need for another Naturopathic Initial appointment.

If paying using a payment plan, they are $50 more to cover additional processing costs.

Metabolic Balance must be paid in full before starting the Dietary Plan.

For Flower Essence Therapy

$85 (Skype /Email / Phone / online) or in Clinic (Ellen Grove 4078– available end of 2019). This consults lasts about 20-30 minutes.

This includes a 25ml bottle of Flower Essence and free postage anywhere in Australia for one 25ml bottle. For DISTANCE Energy Healing

$65 Online in your home via Skype call / Facebook call

This consult lasts about 30 minutes and is a my own custom energy healing.

For Energy Therapy Healing

$70 In Clinic (Ellen Grove 4078– available end of 2019).

This consult lasts about 30 minutes and is a my own custom energy healing.

For Relaxation Massage Therapy

There are 2 options In Clinic (Ellen Grove 4078– available sometime in 2020)

60 minutes – $100.

90 minutes – $150.

Underpants are warn at all times.

For Iridology Reports

There are two types:

Small report – $120 (Skype / online) or $180 (IN CLINIC). The online option is all done via email and requires a clear photo from you. The IN CLINIC option lasts about 30 minutes where I take professional pictures on a special camera and stand and take photographs of your irises. The report is then email to you after about 1 week.

Large report – $295 (Skype / online) or $355 (IN CLINIC). The online option is all done via email and requires a clear photo from you. The IN CLINIC option lasts about 30 minutes where I take professional photos on a special camera and stand and take photographs of your irises. The report is then email to you after about 1 week.

NOTE ABOUT PRICING

Bank Deposit, Credit Card and Paypal are welcome – There are no additional Credit card surcharges. All appointments are to be prepaid via online booking system.

2. What if I need to just refill my script?
If there is no change needed from your original script then there is no charge. Refills can be mailed out to you by me (at your cost for products and postage) or through the online script system – where you will receive your items in approximately 3 business days via mail without paying for a consultation. This is set up at your first consult should you require any natural medicines.

3. How long will it take for me to feel better?
This is dependent on what is wrong with you. If you do everything that I suggested and follow my instructions then you should start to feel better within a few days to a few weeks. That wont necessarily mean that you are all fixed up though, so it’s always a good thing to have a follow up appointment around a month after your first appointment.

4. Can I just get my supplements/vitamin/minerals/herbals from the Chemist warehouse or supermarket?
Well, you can…. Should you? Not really.

5. WHY?

Supermarket products may seem cheaper than Practitioner Only products, but when looking at the dosages and Ingredients, usually a lot more (such as 4-8 tablets) are needed to be taken to reach the same dosage that good quality products you get through me will give you in a single dose.

Even through Blackmores do have practitioner only products and are usually my preference for supermarket brands, even these are lower dose and more are needed.

This usually ends up costing you a lot more in the long run, and there are also fillers and additives inside the cheaper products to help bulk them out. Practitioner Only products have none or very little fillers (excipients) and are generally very high quality.

6. Do you use or endorse any MLM brand health products?

NEVER!. and here is why:

They are more expensive than practitioner only products,

They are much lower quality,

They are much lower doses,

Anyone who wants to earn a fast buck can sell them without any knowledge of these products.

These people have no real training in anatomy, physiology, health, naturopathy or nutrition (I have had 3 years of this training and these are very complicated fields of health knowledge, and there is always more to learn). It is dangerous and insulting to health professional such as us in our fields for these types of people to be selling this kind of thing in a get rich quick scheme.

My Professional Association (Complementary Medicine Association) promotes the health and well being of clients and patients, and does not allow prescriptions of MLM products.

The primary goal of MLM is to make money and build a team for passive income, as opposed to getting people truly healthy.

7. Can I talk to you about selling / using / ingesting essential oils?

NO. I am not a qualified Aromatherapist. Ingestion of oils for people, children and animals is very dangerous. Anyone who is not a qualified aromatherapist should never prescribe oils for anyone else. Personal use is fine. I love and use Essential oils on myself.

8. How many times will I need to see you?

That depends on your health. I help you to feel better and reduce or eliminate your symptoms. This may take weeks, months or years. If you place your trust in me, I will always go above and beyond for you.

9. Do you do Iridology?

Yes I do, during your initial consultation, I look at your irises and write down some signs that I see and put some basic notes into my files, that is all. Photos can be taken with my professional camera if you are happy for the physical Naturopathic consult to go an extra 30 minutes and an extra $60. These photos will be filed and if wanting a copy, can be emailed to you. If wanting an iridology assessment as well with the naturopathic consult, please see my iridology section for prices for a medium report and a full report. This report gets emailed within one week of your consult. If you have already booked a home visit naturopathic consult and are wanting an iridology assessment as an add on, then the travel fee for the iridology assessment will be waved. Separate Iridology consult prices are listed above.

10. What kind of testing do you do?

When I physically see you, I can check your Blood pressure, Pulse and Zinc tally.

I can order the Metabolic Balance ® specific blood tests and I can order any lab tests that your doctor can order. However, if you order lab tests through your doctor, Medicare will pay the bill for a lot of things. When ordered through me, it is at your expense.

11. Can you work with my Doctor or as part of a team?

Yes definitely! I would be happy to 🙂 If your doctor is happy to work with me as well then it is all good!

12. Can you help with weight loss?

Yes I can. I can help through guiding you to a healthier version of you and / or through an amazing program called Metabolic Balance®. I released over 22kg of fat in 4 months on this amazing programme, simply by using specific foods on a personalised and individual plan. I am a Metabolic Balance® Practitioner and can help you do the same :).

13. Are you going to make me give up my favorite foods / drink?

It depends on what health conditions are going on with you. Maybe. You might have to give up sugar / wheat / dairy / caffeine / soft drinks / alcohol etc for a while. I don’t know for sure until we have an initial consult.

If referring to Metabolic Balance – After the strict phase, you are allowed a treat meal once per week. This includes 1-2 standard drinks of alcohol – so you never really “miss out” on your favorite things 🙂

14. My doctor said my blood tests were “normal”. Do I need to still see you?

It depends. If your tests were normal and you feel normal / fine, then perhaps not. If your tests were normal but you feel unwell, tired, not yourself…. Then yes!

15. Are you Qualified?

Of course I hold an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy, and will be continuing my education at the Australian College of Natural Therapies in 2020 for my Bachelor of Health Science.

I am a fully qualified Metabolic Balance® Practitioner.

I hold a Craniosacral Therapy certificate.

I am currently studying Holistic Natural Health for animals and will be finished soon.

16. Are you insured?

Yes! As a member of the Complementary Medicine Association and holding my qualifications I have professional indemnity insurance. Only qualified people can have that.

17. Can I claim a private health rebate on your fee?

Naturopathy

Until April 2019, yes you can claim a rebate on face to face consultations (Skype / online consults cannot be claimed). I don’t have HICAPS so you will need to do an online claim with your provider once I have issued your receipt.

Metabolic Balance

Metabolic Balance can be claimed through BUPA which will be ongoing beyond April 2019.

The amount claimable depends on your cover. The benefit for Weight Management Programmes is included under the service category “Health Management” within many of Bupa’s products.

Check with Bupa regarding your entitlements on 134 135.

The program is ONLY available as a refund for one-to-one in person consults. Online / Skype / Distance consults are not covered.

The rebates are for the cost of the plan and 7 one-to-one consults.

18. Will natural treatment interfere with my medications?

I am highly qualified and have training in pharmacology. I am very aware of any herb-drug or nutrient-drug interactions and will only prescribe you natural medicines which compliment your allopathic treatment, not hinder it.

Unless stated on the individual website at the time, any Flower Essence or product that is offered free requires payment of postage. These will be listed on the appropriate web site otherwise please inquire. If product has free postage to go out with other products or plans, and the client wants the product earlier / before the other plans or products are ready, then postage is required.120
